GAMES

10-week league includes 8 league games, plus single elimination playoffs for the top 16 teams ONLY for each division.  A game consists of two 20-minute halves.

FEE

$75 per player or $700 per team; $625 per team if paid in full by the SECOND game. Minimum of 9 players per team recommended.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: September 9, 2010

TEAMS THAT SIGN UP MUST PAY THE TEAM FEE

$75 DISCOUNT, IF TEAM PAID IN FULL BY 2ND GAME.

BEFORE FIRST GAME: $300 deposit is due

Roster Form to be completed by team coach/contact

Waiver Form to be completed by EVERY player

BY SECOND GAME:  Balance is due

BY THIRD GAME:  A $75. late fee will be due.  If the balance and late fee are not paid in full by the third game, your team will be removed from the schedule and you will not play any more games.
