2010 FALL COED OFFENSIVE SKILLZ BASKETBALL CLINIC

Saturday October 30, 2010
TIMES: Thursdays 6:30-8:00pm & Saturdays 10:30am-12:00pm
In the event there is a Saturday that we cannot
hold the clinic; there will be a makeup date,
which will be announced.
WHO: Coed - Ages 8 through 17
INVESTMENT: $199.00 per athlete 2 days per week
$125.00 per athlete 1 day per week
$25.00 per athlete per day
FOCUS: Our offensive Skillz Clinic will focus on shooting mechanics,
shooting off of screens, advanced ball-handling moves, post-play,
breaking presses, fast breaks, rebounding, court awareness, 1 on 1,
2 on 2, and 3 on 3 play.

2010 COED PRESEASON EXTREME BASKETBALL TRAINING
WHAT: Basketball speed, agility, power, & conditioning training
WHO: 7th thru 12th grade girls and boys
AGES: 13 THRU 18
TIME: Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays from 4:00-5:30pm
3 days per week for 6 weeks
27 hours of instruction, conditioning, and training
STARTS: Monday September 27th, 2010
ENDS: Friday November 5th, 2010
INVESTMENT: $225.00 per athlete
